Took 15min from ordering to get my drink, they need more staffing.
The employees are friendly but I’ve never seen any of tgem ever wipe the tables without being asked; it would be nice if an employee wiped down the tables at least once every 30 minutes.
The Starbucks at Cobbs Corner is the best. All the people who work there are very friendly and efficient. They take care of me every time I go
Try the Matcha latte if you like green tea.
1st time going (received a gift card) server not very friendly. Questions about drink choices met with a not so nice reply. I won't visit here again

I visit this Starbucks yesterday morning, about 10am and saw the sign of interview sign on the counter which says 3 days in May. I brought it to a lady staff and noticed her about the month on it. She coldly said: I don’t know, I am not the one who put it on and I don’t care. What the attitude of this staff ???There were 4 staffs working at the time: 2 males, 2 females (1 dark hair and 1 light hair color). The person responded me was the dark hair color.

A recent change of management has been catastrophic. All of the regular baristas, many who had worked there for years, left or were told to leave and the competency level at the store has suffered substantially. I even saw the manager yelling at a barista for a register malfunction. In front of a line of customers.
I agree that this location is under staff. They should have 1 extra person working in the morning and during lunch time. Went in during the morning with 2 people in front of me and one of them was doing a refund?? The cashier didn't seem to care that there was 2 people waiting (I had to just leave because of work). Came during lunch this girl was nice enough to take my order before her break. Waited 10min for my drink while everyone else that was after me got their drink already and there was no line (had to go up and asked about my order). The barista apologized for my wait, but I want to address to the manager that he/she should consider adding an extra person during rush hours because it only makes sense.

I often go to that Starbucks a couple times a week... It's always full, but I never wait more than 15 minutes! There are a lot of nice souvenirs and a delicious coffee! The souvenirs are a little bit expensive, but for those who like coffee and collectibles it's a great gift!

This is my "home Starbucks" - I'm there like 1x a week if not a few times a month. The Baristas are really well trained, they make the best drinks. Usually friendly and very helpful. It can get pretty crowded but I don't mind.
I was very disappointed in this Starbucks I paid $4 for a medium drink and it looked like a size small. I bought a vanilla Frappuccino and it tasted like water I will never go there again I’d much rather Dunkin’ Donuts.
Getting to be way Too Expensive. They really NEED to LOWER there prices.
My major complaint is that I NEVER see the employees cleaning up the sitting area. This Starbucks location is my home Starbucks so I frequent it often. If you're reading this, benevolent Starbucks employees and managers, please clean up the tables and chairs every 30 minutes at a minimum! I do understand the issue. This Starbucks location is BUSY! So what! Staff properly. Crack the whip. Get 'er done! Every. 30. Minutes. I understand that it's a thankless job and it's never ending but the effort would be greatly appreciated because I hate to sit at a table with a sticky round glob of brown and white gunk stuck to it. I will say that the employees are cheerful. The patio is refreshing on warmer mornings and cooler afternoons since the sun sets directly over the patio.
My favorite Starbucks! They are always super friendly, quick and make my coffee uniform every single time No matter who is making it. This particular location is managed beautifully and professionally. Everyone here deserves a high five and a raise especially for what I see them gracefully deal with from some customers.
This could possibly be the slowest Starbucks in the country. Expect to be there for at least a half hour even if you mobile order something. I’m not sure what happened here, there was a great staff there and it was well run but maybe a year or so ago they replace the entire staff and now the store is the most inefficiently run coffee shop you could go to. It’s pretty annoying and I try to avoid this location since you’re guaranteed to be late to whatever you’re going to if you stop in here.
Messed up both our drinks along with several other customer orders, many came back to the counter to have it corrected. Will not be returning. We waited 20 minutes to get our order with a very short line. These baristas have been there long enough to know how to make drinks correctly.

All new staff, a lots of mistakes. Today Sunday Oct 21 they were supposed to open at 5:00am and right now is 6:45am still not open.
No line but had to wait at counter for service. Caramel Latte tasted terrible. Indoor seating area simply not clean. Not raining but some outdoor seating never dried from yesterday's rain. In general, Starbucks hasn't been doing well lately. This location on of worst we've been to in a while.
I am a long time Starbucks customer so I know the deal. And I've been stopping in this particular Starbucks on a weekly basis as it is on my commute route and near many of my kids activities. With that in mind, this shop has been getting worse every time I come here. People are OK but they are either understaffed or not hustling enough because they wait is brutal at times. Today I waited 20 minutes from the time I placed my online order to when I got it. This location use to be great but I give establishment three strikes before I write a review like this and this was the third.
Can be busy but the employees are great. I've spent a lot of time here , especially on the weekends. The staff is exceptional. In addition the location has a larger table, plenty of outlets, and a few leather chairs to enjoy in addition to all the tables.
Extremely slow service and orders made wrong even with plenty of staff. It was hard to get the orders corrected amongst the 10 other dissatisfied customers in the same boat. Wouldn't recommend.

Ordered a frap, melted. Asked for a different one, aaand they gave me another melted frap. Took ages to get our drinks too.UPDATE: came here the next day, my mom ordered a cappuccino, it was half empty and what was there was 80 percent foam. Was a 2 star, now its one. Would give less if I could.
The most poorly organized Starbucks I saw in a long time. They don’t accept $50 cash, what kind of joke is that? Don’t recommend this place at all. Am I am agree with other reviewers. The service they provide is really slow.
Returned to the conference just to realize all my orders were wrong. Very disappointed.

Starbucks is my choice for coffee. I like this strong lattes. White chocolate mocha is my favorite. Starbucks only problem is the prices they are expensive for a coffee and going to pay at least five bucks. But like they say you get what you pay for.

Not the best coffee but definitely good. I’ve loved the staff at every location. My niece loves the cake pops. When I’m in the mood for something sweet their flavored lattés are great.
20 minutes for a latte, stood and waited, when questioned why so long, she said she made it but someone took it. Ridiculous.
